On Tuesday the guys (Joe & Mark) left the house and headed to Roosevelt. Sailed there 5.2 until mid/late afternoon and then headed south to catch 84 and start the haul home. They stayed at the KOA in Pendleton Tuesday night - - - take note this is a RV campground - - - - tent sites are limited and are included as part of the RV site. So there was a touch of anxiety at 9:30PM their time when they arrived there and were faced with the potential of no place for a tent. Things worked out with a gentlemen indicating his site had an area for tents, so all turned out fine. They were back on the road by early morning and by 8PM they were set up and showered at the KOA in Rawlins Wyoming. They may stop at Lake Mac in Nebraska if the wind keeps up - they have had a nice tail wind so far on the ride home. Expect to make it to West Des Moines tonight and then arrive home late on Friday night.
