Rumor has it that Skymongrel Scott and Rick got out on the ice of IBay this afternoon. Scott on a Freeskate clone, and Rick flying his kite. The photo Rick sent of the ice a couple days ago looked very promising.

Headed out to see some ice action on IBay at Ice Beach on Wednesday. Enjoying some awesome speed burns in his Ice boat was Skymongrel Scott.
Lynn and Rick were exploring the very nice ice on ice windsurfers, and Jason arrived late to test out a custom Kite skateboard he is developing.
Rick launch a trainer kite as well and was leaving loopy skate trails all over the glassy sheet of ice.
Ricks trusty sidekick Emmitt probably put in a good 10k of four legged running for the afternoon.
I had to leave early as Disney on Ice action was calling my name at Blue Cross Arena.

Hey good to see you guys the other day. I finally gave up on the kite and took a spin on Lynn's wind skate. Feel pretty good about pulling a few jibes on ice after several years not doing it. Just wish I could say the same for the water!
