new to windsurfing

Hi all,
I have inherited some windsurfing gear and this is my first summer back in rochester-Gates since being 18.
I am having trouble setting up the sails - due to down and out haul- I assume and was wondering if anyone out there could help.
I willing to bring my gear somewhere for a guided lesson - if anyone out there is willing to help.

I can help__a long time windsurfer, plus I live in Gates.

I'll be out of town the last (2) wks of July (sailing of course) then back by Aug.1st.
