Several kiters out today - they make it all look pretty easy. I flew my 9M in on land in the park and after seeing them I cant wait for my lessons at the end of the month...

Good to hear that people got out on Seneca. Keep us posted on your progress, researcher. Can anybody report on the required water-wear yesterday on Seneca? Very doable on Canandaigua yesterday in my 5/3 steamer. No booties etc.... For a Canandaigua/daigua/club report see the related post. Wd

Seneca rocked. Pat, Penny, Slice and myself waited about an hour and a half for the wind to pick up but once it turned on it was smooth and ramped up into the high teens to low 20's. Penny rode a 12, Pat and slice 14, and I had my 15 and was slightly overpowered but could boost big at will which is just the way I like to ride. The water temp was fine and I rode without booties in a 5/3 steamer. A couple of windsurfers from Ithaca showed up and were out for a couple hrs but after I jumped higher than their masts lamented that it seemed like kiters had smoother wind...lol
