Hey.
While we were all busy doing whatever (but with the wind and what it was or wasn't doing close by in our conscience), Rochester Windsports turned three years old. .
April 30, 2007 was the beginning of this forum and website's life.
In that time we have gotten way more kiters, lost some windsurfers but generally strengthened our community, celebrated or cursed about the wind, given each other a hard time, helped some newbies, sold some gear, found some new launch sites, felt better about our wind addiction and what we do etc......
Pat yourselves on the back the next time you get on the water and feel good about what you are doing. I'm missing you guys while my young family grows, but have loved following your pursuits on line.
The site and forum are not perfect and are quite basic, but if you can think of something that may help improve our exposure or user friendliness let me know. I'd love some good pics of some local guys kiting (locally) to put on the website to reflect the balance of our wind posse.....
