Upon receiving my latest Windsurfing Mag, I decided to surf the windsurfing manufacturers websites for 2009 gear reviews.
So far...... High quality video download-able at Mistrals site. AND
THE EQUIPE IS BACK BABY!!! Mistral is re-releasing it as the Equipe III in full carbon with an updated outline. Don't hate me, but I need to get in touch with my roots some times. They are also (re)releasing the Ventura. The Explosion is not in the line up....Nor is the Old Diamond Head....no more
After a quick glimpse, Naish seems to have gotten it right this year with it's board graphics and sail colors.
Exocett has a couple boards that are black.....I think they look pretty stinkin cool.

Doug,
That sounds great but I myself am giving windsurfing the boot. I've ordered my SUP board and will never have to wait for the forecast again. Lake, river, pool, pond or puddle once my SUP arrives I'll be on the water everyday if I want. Yes I know this will start similar animosity among the kiters like happened when they were introduced to us as the new guy on the block, well shortly it will be ME.
On a less than lighter note, I checked the smell factor at Webster yesterday and if it comes to 5.8m weather or better I think the scum has settled and is not anywhere as bad as it was in the past months. I think it will be sail-able as long as nothing changes short term.
