Indeed, It"s the anti social Shortboard Joe Herbert at the Gorge's greatest windsport shop! He's big time and helping to get Rochester noticed! Wooohooo It seems that Joe has truly cemented himself as a regular in the Gorge, and he's done it all while shunning the spotlight of the Hatch. I'm sure the stylish new shorts and initiation fee (for which he received a new Goya "baby") helped a lot as well. I'm gonna go out on a limb here, but I bet the legendary sweet talking Joe has even warmed Mrs. Dave Nunn into a nice home cooked meal with some warm apple pie post sailing session. The Nunn kids love a good story before bed as well, and Joe keeps them laughing with tales of characters like Ontario Buoy, Windkid, H2O Rick and the like. Surely Joe is now an on water demo consultant for Windance and Goya as well, with sponsorship from his buddies Bruce and Dale at Sailworks. I rarely come across something that Joe has that I don't want to buy for myself! Thanks for bringing this to our attention Art! link to Dave's Blog: www.windance.com/daves-windance-blog-pg-35.htmlWindydoug

Joe better get me a good discount on a full set of Skinny Masts like he promised. BTW I ordered a new board so I'm staying away from EBAY so I don't end up like the Buoy man. www.youtube.com/watch?v=ulxfaLelAmI&feature=player_embedded#at=25Also after viewing this clip I will by no means be attempting any of these moves with the exception of perhaps JSA (just sailing along) I also have an 86l JP for sale or trade looking for a 100l board but not the one pictured Ontario Buoy. H20 (I want Wind) Rick
