OR, probably, glad we missed this:

Gwind (Gary) sent me a link to the Hot Sails website relating to ice windsurfing, and as I looked around the blog I found this gem:

Stepsister From Planet Weird. A late 1990's Disney movie who's main character is a girl who windsurfs and works at her Mom's windsurfing shop. The folks at Hot Sails are as mystified as I am.

You've got to take a minute to check out the link (especially if you wasted some time viewing Mikey Z's latest youtube offering).
Windsurfing is interspersed throughout the movie, and upon further viewing it becomes obvious that this movie killed windsurfing.

Well, without getting too technical I would say that both are an abstraction of the words "sweet!" and "awesome!".
