Ok to me it looks like a strong west wind Saturday (15-20)...maybe starting SW & turning NW. I know everyone will be at the swap meet in Geneva anyway...is there a chance the State Park will work for kites?
I'm supposed to be camping at Keuka Lake but I'd like to shoot over for a couple hours!

Saturday sounds good to me. The forecast keeps moving more S which looks good.
I know one thing. I wont be able to kite on Saturday ANDDDDD do a swap meet on Sunday
PS... if you mean the state park at the north end of Seneca - yep its good for kiting. Sampson is ok. But tough launch for newbies.

oops, thought the swap was Sat...camping was cancelled due to rain so I can go either day. Really dying to get out there but I have trouble figuring out what wind is good for what location.
I did mean the park at the end. That seems like the best spot around for a beginner.

SWAP MEET RESCHEDULED!!!!!!!!!! SATURDAY THE 11th. SAME TIME AND PLACE. Read below from Ithaca Steve HI! Well, Saturday is looking to be a good day for Seneca and there was a logical request to move it up. So, at the risk of disappointing folks who could only make it on Sunday we're moving it up as Seneca could very well have a good draw on Saturday anyway. Also, we're now up to 17 responses. Not bad! The flyer is now updated with the responses from when there were 15 but I'll update is again later. Note: The park might not charge until 10 am. Meaning, 5 minutes early might save you 7 bucks. It might turn out to be more sail than swap, but that's ok! Bring wind. docs.google.com/Presentation?id=dfq29cpw_36f753j9q7Steve Lutter PS: Please share!
